What did users like about Kissflow?
We asked our users what they like about KiSSFLOW. Some of these reviews are already in the Google Apps Marketplace.
- Very easy to use: By far, this is the most liked attribute of the product. One of our users said:
“I could write an essay on how fabulous this program is! It is extremely user friendly and has solved BIG problems within our company with very little work. I am excited for the next lot of updates and can’t wait to role out all of the new workflow processes I have created already!”
We are excited to see that our customers value the core attribute (Keep it Simple) of our product and happy that we were able to stand-up to their expectation. - Tight integration with Google Apps: We also scored very high on this point. But, in reality this tested our guts during product conceptualization. It is always tempting to build a product that appeals to a broader market than to build an exclusive product for a narrow market. We resisted that temptation and this made KiSSFLOW more usable. This feedback reinforces the stand we took during product design. Thank you!
- Great customer service: We have users from different backgrounds – some from IT and others from non-IT background. If simplicity of the product is one half of the bridge, the other half is the customer support that helps users to roll out their business processes. Boobesh Ramalingam who leads our customer support initiative is uniquely blessed with immense workflow knowledge and patience – Both of them are critical to customer support. While this feedback came as a pleasant surprise to us, it is also well deserved. Congratulations, Boobesh!
What’s coming up in 2013?
Users also tell us what we should improve on. We take these suggestions as the baseline for our product roadmap. Here are the most requested ones that are already part of the product roadmap:
- Out-of-the-box reports: Out-of-the-box reports will provide extensive reporting and analytics, enabling users to gain useful insights about workflow data and workflow performance. The enhanced reports with the ability to choose required columns, calculate aggregates, apply and save filter preferences, and export data has already been made available. Process metrics report is coming soon!
- Mobile support: Getting all your tasks completed will get a whole lot easier with the launch of KiSSFLOW mobile web app. Imagine someone on a Business trip scanning the bills, submitting the expense claim and getting it approved before they are back from the trip. This is just an example and opens up new possibilities with the mobile workforce.
- Workflow data lookup: You will be able to lookup other workflow data. For example, you can lookup approved travel plans in travel claim workflow so that the claims are submitted for approved travel plans only. This feature combined with master data feature will allow users to create a complete solution such as order-to-cash, procure-to-pay and other sophisticated processes.
Thanks for your encouragement and feedback that helped us to evolve the product to what it is today. And, keep it coming. As always, we are all ears!
